Seven times, He says in John:15, “Remain in me”. Including one time, when he says more specifically “Remain in my love”. If this isn’t venue, I don’t know what is. We are urged in John 4:24 to worship in spirit and in truth (in Him). There is no greater truth than love, for “God is love” (1 John 4:8, and 1 John 4:16), and He so “loved the world that He gave His only Son” (John 3:16). The entire gospel is based on this. Again, venue defined.
May we celebrate the Holy God, Jesus, who is Himself venue, host, and celebration — Everything is provided at His timeless party. We have only to accept His invitation, and be His guests — Bold celebration, in the face of humiliation, suffering, danger — Amen!
